FINAL CONCEPTS

This is my concept for 'table + chair'. The table can be pulled from the chair to function as a stand alone table or when sticks to the chair can function as the seating. This concept is aimed for both outdoor and indoor placement, based on its versatility that enables it to be used in different
scenarios and that it saves space.

This concept is basically a short chair made from parts (as can be seen in the exploded view on the image. The idea was to firstly provide a strong sturdy foundation for the chair before i, then move on to the appearance. The idea with the three covers for this chair is to enhance the appearance as can be seen from side view, that there's some interesting line patterns going on. This is to be placed both indoor and outdoor area.

This chair concept is intended for indoor purpose, inside the event arena. The idea was for these to be near the information center or at the lounge area, where people would maybe do some reading while chilling. At the base of the chair, i was aiming for it to be used as a small storage, where people can put stuff in there, such as books, or drinks.

For this concept, my aim was to design for outdoor furniture, placed outside the event arena for people to sit and relax, while the colorful padding seat is expected to strengthen the appearance and give some 'funkiness' element to the chairs and especially when many of these are placed together, would be suitable for any event (appearance wise).
